We aim to send books within 5 working days from the date of the order but we do cannot post orders everyday as there is no permanent staff at the School. Exceptional delays might occur in case of events happening at the School or at the time of a new book release.
If you do not receive a confirmation email of your order, please check your spam folder then write to us at tshd.customerservice@gmail.com as we have noticed lately that some confirmation emails fail to arrive.
Due to weight limits with Royal Mail, you cannot order more than 3 books at a time for International orders (7 books maximum in the UK) and no shipping options will be available if you do. Please place multiple orders for more books. Please note that any books to Canada will have to be purchased individually and sent separately due to weight limits of 2 kg per parcel. We are currently working on a solution to this issue but it is taking more time than expected to be implemented.
Please be aware that now the UK (United Kingdom) has left the EU (European Union) orders from the UK to the EU may incur VAT, Customs Duty, Taxes and/or Handling Charges. These are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If, for any reason, you do not accept your parcel and the goods are returned to us in London, you will be refunded the value of the items, less any charges that we incur.
