3 Day Course 23rd – 25th February

Exploring the methods pioneered by Madeline Vionnet and Madame Gres in the early 20th century, students will make a muslin half-sized toile from the pattern of a Vionnet dress, and drape a half-sized bias-cut toile in silk. Students will also work samples of the techniques used by couturiers and

dressmakers. Examples from the School’s 20th century

collection will be available to study.
