THE CATALOGUE OF OUR ‘RED’ EXHIBITION
A pdf catalogue of the exhibition with full-colour images of all the items on display and captions with information about their date range and dyestuffs. The Renaissance objects date from c.1400 to 1650 and in addition there are modern interpretations of dressed figures and garments that relate to the original objects. Images of portraits add to the interpretation of how the textiles might originally have been used.
