Throughout the 18th century, many women’s outfits were decorated with trimmings of pleated, pinked, ruffled and flounced textile lengths.
Students will make samples of various techniques and extant garments will be in the classroom for close examination.

10am to 6pm – with a vegetarian lunch and drinks included.
